Hi Sandy,

If you have only just lost the formula you can always use the undo button. Otherwise, I'm sorry but you will have to work out exactly what the formula was and type it in from scratch.

Excel tip:

Moving between Worksheets without using the mouse

Use the 'Ctrl+PgDn' and 'Ctrl+PgUp' keys.

'Ctrl+PgDn' will move to the right and 'Ctrl+PgUp' will move to the left one worksheet at a time.
