Printing Project without Ganttt Chart but with legend

Hi there

I am trying to print out my project plan, but if I just do a print out from a view which includes the Gantt Chart, the plan is over 200 pages. But if I do a view such as Task Sheet, the print out doesn't include the legend. Is there any way to show the legend but not showing the gantt chart?

Many thanks

Bee

Birgitta

Why do you need the legend if you dont wish to show the Gannt Chart.

RE: Printing Project without Ganttt Chart but with legend

Hi David

Our client requires us to have the legend, so the company logo is on there along with the version number and various other items. But having the gantt chart on there makes the project way to big, it becomes at least twice as many pages if I zoom out of it as much as I can to show by the year

Kind regards

Bee

Birgitta

You can hide the gannt chart by dragging the split bar to the right of the screen and try a print preview to see if that solves the situation.

hope this helps

Ms project tip:

Format individual bars on your GANTT chart

To draw attention to a bar on your Gantt chart simply double click it. From the dialogue box that opens make your selection of text and bar modifications.
