Change Working Time

I am trying to change the working time for all weekdays Monday to Friday to run from 07:00 - 12:30 & 13:00 - 17:00. This gives a 30 minutes lunch break, but when I select OK the time always reverts to 07:00 - 12:00 & 13:00 - 17:00. It appears 12:30 is not a valid time. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Walter

RE: Change Working Time

Hi Walter

There are three things to consider here. First you need to set the times in your calendar, then you need to make your units for a day match your calendar. To do this go to the Tools menu choose change working time, then click the options button and make sure your default start times / finish times and the hours per day match the settings you just made in your calendar

If these are the settings you will be using from now on click Set as default and make a brand new project. It should now have the correct settings ready for your plan.

If you only want to change the settings for your current plan then go to Project > Project information and make sure the plan starts at 07:00 (the default start time is 8:00)

I hope this helps - let me know how you get on.

Kind regards,
Andrew
