Do you have an icon/function that you can copy to use to copy just visible cells and exclude those grouped or hidden? Excel 2010 has this function?

Hi Karen

Thanks for your question - there is a paste values function in Excel 2010 and a button that can be added to the Quick Access Toolbar. In 2011 we would have to either paste special - Value or use some vba. I have some code that might help and we can look at that later today.
