Any joy on getting an answer to this? I am trying to put our project plan together but I'm still struggling with putting multiple projects on one sheet and getting the amount of time taken to add up to a total amount of days per project.....is this even possible or does each project have to go on a different sheet?

Hi Natasha,
Sorry for the delay in responding.
Are the projects starting at the same time and running concurrently?
I have tried creating a master project and linked the first task of the second project to the first task of the first project using a Start to Start relationship and then added the Project Summary Task.
The Project Summary task summarises from the date of the first project start date until the finish date of the second project.
I have attached a project to show you the example. Not sure how the project summary task can be summarised to add up the two individual durations of each project.
You could always try a Report.
