How do I add a drop down menu or titles into a heading so that any user using the spreadsheet can just click on the drop down arrow and select only one of the tiles.

This is based on 2007 and 2010, let me know if you are using 2003.
Go to your DATA tab on the Ribbon, select DATA VALIDATION. In the box that appears select LIST and then use the SOURCE area to select your list. If you are using 2007 the list will have to be on the same page. If its not on the same page try naming your list using the NAME BOX and the in the SOURCE area enter "=thenameyougaveyourlist"
