you can have Multiple Pivot Tables in one spread sheet, provided you create a separate sheet for those data you want to include in one sheet. In such a situation you have to refresh each Pivot table individually.

Note: Refreshing one Pivot table will not refresh all the embed Pivot Tables.

As for exactly how many you can have this I don't know and I'm having a hard time finding the answer. How many do you need? trial and error.
