Hi Neil

Thank you for your question. The email would have to be saved out of Outlook as a file - you can do this by opening the message and choosing File > Save as and saving as outlook message format or perhaps html (if you can create pdfs then this would also be an option)

In Project you can double click a task and on the notes tab choose the Insert Object button, choose the Create from file option and browse to find your document. Tick the box to display as and icon then choose OK.

Now the attached document can be read by double clicking the icon in notes.
