Hi,
How do we group data on pivot tables? For example; I have 12 months, 10 stores and sales value and I would like to group sales per 10 stores and under 4 quarters rather than seeing 12 indivisual lines for months. I hope my question is clear.

Hi Hatice,
Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
If you right click over a cell in your Pivot Table with a date in it and Choose Group. A dialogue box should appear giving you a list of different time formats. Unselect the formats you don't want and then just select(in your case Qtrs).
