Graphical Indicators

How do I use graphical indicators to show 100% completed tasks show blue flags:

Tasks late for more than 2 days show red flags;

and tasks on schedule show green flag.

For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

RE: Graphical Indicators

Hello Ajibola,

I have provided a file for you which contains a RAG Status column in the Tracking Gantt view using the Variance table. The baseline must be set before the project begins!

The formula is as follows:

IIf([Status]=0,1,IIf([Status]=1,3,IIf([Finish Variance]>2,2)))

0 status = Complete
1 status = On schedule

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.
Regards,

Rodney
