Hi HeidiThanks for your question.
With a Word document, you can't have two people open and edit the same copy of a Word document at the same time.
You can have more than one person work on separate copies of a document then use the Compare and Merge feature in Word to compare separate copies of the document against each other and then merge them together into one document.
