I recently attended PPt 2010 (Intermediate/ Advanced) training which was excellent.
Please remind me: how do I get the highest possible quality screengrabs of web pages into my PowerPoint 2010 presentation?

Hi Mike
Glad you enjoyed the training.
To paste a screenshot from a web page:
1. Check that all windows are closed or minimized apart from PowerPoint 2010 and the web browser you use.
2. View the web page from which you want to take a screenshot.
3. Click on PowerPoint from your Taskbar.
4. Select Insert, Screenshot, Screen Clipping.
5. When the web page appears click and drag the + icon selecting the screen area you want.
The screenshot will now appear in PowerPoint and you can either copy it or right click and choose Save picture.
You can't increase the resolution of the screenshot but you can reduce it by selecting Format, then the Compress Pictures button.
Hope that helps as a reminder for pasting screenshots.
