RE: Powerpoint and Outlook

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for using the forum

As Powerpoint is presentation software, there are ways of importing different objects into it, as a view without the functionality. How you would do this is Inset>Object and you can see the various options. However, Outlook is not listed, however another option to get the view of picture from Outlook to Powerpoint is simply to do a "Print Screen" whilst in Outlook and paste it into Powerpoint, from there you can crop it using the drawing toolbar, so you are left with the business card image.

I hope that helps

Tracy

Powerpoint tip:

Disable animations in slide show view

Want to stop your animations from playing in slide show view temporarily? You can disable animations by:

1. Going to Slide Show - Set Up Show on the menu bar.

2. Putting a check next to "Show without animation" under Show Options.

3. Clicking OK.

Remove the check from the "Show without animation" checkbox to enable animations to play again.
