Hi Marie,

Thank you for the question.

When you are in the organisation chart you can select all the shapes and use the formatting toolbar. Once all the shapes are selected you can recolour, change font etc etc.

To select all the autoshapes click the Select option on your Autoshape toolbar and hold the Ctl button down whilst clicking the levels option.

When you are moving tabs using the ruler the pain is that they jump, but if you use the CTRL key and then click on the tab it will allow you to move it anywhere you want.
