Stephen has attended:
Access Introduction course

Exporting to MapPoint

Is it possible to export data directly from Access into MapPoint or do it need to be extracted into Excel first?

For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

RE: Exporting to MapPoint

Hi Stephen

I have spent some time researching this, it appears that you can export data directly from access along with most other office applications into mappoint.

Hope this helps

David

Access tip:

Relationship maps

It is important to create proper relationships between tables. You can use Access to help check your designs and evaluate them by printing them in graphical format to help with design purposes

Click on the Tools menu, click Relationships.
On the File menu, click Print Relationships. View or print as required
