Hi Monica,

Thanks for the question.

To insert a photo into a PP presentation simply save the photo on to your computer and remember where you saved it. Then go into the Insert menu and go down to "Picture" then across to "From File" and browse till you locate the photo.

1. Click on the shape you want to change (to select it).
2. Click on the Draw button on the drawing toolbar.
3. Select Change AutoShape.
4. Click on the AutoShape that you wish to change the existing shape into.
