After creating a flow chart of the structure of the presentation, how do I get it to appear within each sheet without copying and pasting each time.

The intention is that the current sheet that you are looking at will highlight the relevant section in the presentation structure flowchart - which should be shown at say the top left of each sheet.

Hi Eric

Have you considered putting the flow chart of the presentation on a master slide?

In that way it woul d appear on each sheet, without copying and pasting.

If you wanted the flow chart to be interactive, then you would need to copy the image to each sheet. A quick way of doing this could be to copy the slide, rather than the image.

Regards

Richard

Powerpoint tip:

Quick Zooming in Powerpoint with rollerball mouses

Zooming in powerpoint works slightly differently than with word and excel. When you hold down the control key and roll the wheel up and down in will go through the zoom sizes up until 66% which you can choose from the zoom box, but after that it starts jumping up at 25%, 50% and then 100%.

TIP - if your cursor is not on the slide and in the slide/outline pane then when you zoom using CTRL it will zoom that pane instead.
