Why does Word sometimes change the text font automatically (usually to Arial) when you are formatting a document and enter text down a few spaces? I have Word set as default to Verdana, yet this still occasionally happens!

Thanks for the question.

Check the setting of your Word package, this can be found under Tools>Options. Alternatively you can check the smart tag where you can copy text using the source formatting or the destination formatting

Heres a quick way to open the Page Setup dialog box; Double-click the gray area of the ruler... If the ruler is not shown Menu command View /Ruler to switch it on or off. Note: Try not to Double-click the tab markers.
