VBA - progress bar

How do you get a graphical progress bar? E.g. the blue bar you get when you download from the internet RE: VBA - progress bar
When you're creating a User Form (in Excel VBA), you have the Controls Toolbox visible. Right-click on the background of the Toolbox and pick Additional Controls... The check the Microsoft Progress Bar control and OK. You then add this to a form, and set properties, as usual. There are tutorials out there in webland that provide more information.
