Tejal has attended:
Project Introduction course
Project Intermediate course

Progress tracking

Can you relate individual progress on tasks to the project plan to see which individuals have exceeded duration estimates?

For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

RE: Progress tracking

Tejal

If you have set up deadlines on the tasks that have a resource then when the deadline is passed an exclamation mark will appear in the ID column saying it is beyond the duration.

Ms project tip:

Autofit column width – Project (all versions)

a. Highlight the column or columns you wish to alter the width of.
b. Double click the dividing line between the columns. This dividing line is the break between the columns on the column headers (grey buttons showing the column letter at the top of each column). When you hover your mouse over one of these dividing lines the point will change and show an arrow pulling a line in two directions. When you have this mouse pointer you should double click to get Project to automatically set the column width to fit the contents of the column (autofit)
