Hi Lucy,

Thanks for the question.

If you double - click into the table you want to add an extra field into, go into the Design view. Simply type the name of the field under the heading "Field Name" and change the Field Type accordingly and now if you were to switch back into your table (Datasheet View) you will see an extra field has been added.

To have your label display a sentence with an &(ampersand) in it, like Fox & Hound simply type it as:
