RE: MS PROJECT

Hi Andrew

Two quick options are available. First go to the File menu and choose send to > mail recipient as attachment and Outlook will launch, create a new email with your current project file as an attachment.

Alternatively within project you can click on the copy to screen button (icon with a digital camera) and then click OK from the dialogue box. Go to Outlook and create a new message then go to edit and paste. A screen shot of your Gantt chart will be pasted into the body of your message.

hope this helps - do let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,

Andrew

Ms project tip:

Compare Work and Duration

Duration is the timescale within which a task is done; Work is the specific time element used. For example, 3 days work in a duration of 2 weeks. To compare, add the Work field into the Entry table by right clicking a column heading to Add Field.
