How would I mail a whole project with attachments (which are attached from my local files.)

Hi Anna

Thanks for your question. From the file menu choose send to > mail recipient as attachment. Your email programme will launch with a copy of the project file attached to the message. Because the documents you inserted into Project are local to that file they will also be included in the Project attachment.
