Thanks for your question.

If the drawing is saved in another file, then you can right-click next to the task you want to attach the drawing to, then choose Task Notes.

You have an Insert Object button that you can use from here.

If you choose the Create from File option, you can browse to select the file that contains the drawing. Then click OK, and OK again.
