Yes, you can join 2 or more tables in a query using relationships.

Simply add two tables into your query window, join the common fields and then continue the query.

Thanks for your response but I have now had about 15 copies of this email 7 or so after I marked it as solved!

PS I have nearly finished my first database report, so the training has worked so far, though I am sure I will need mmore help in the future.

Richard when do you think it would be useful to do the intermediate day, do I need to be a bit more au fait with what we covered first?
