How do I successfully add a frame?

Hi Tom,

In Dreamweaver, start a new page and go to the General -> Framesets category, then choose your layout.

Or, go to Insert -> Frames -> and choose where you want the frame to appear.

Don't forget that frames suck!

The code is something like this, with an individual file being linked (src) to each frame.

<frameset cols="*,80" frameborder="NO" border="0" framespacing="0">
<frame src="/Untitled-1" name="mainFrame">
<frame src="/UntitledFrame-2" name="rightFrame" scrolling="NO" noresize>
</frameset>
<frame src="/UntitledFrame-3" name="bottomFrame" scrolling="NO" noresize >
</frameset>
