I would like to paste in a link to a presentation, but I'd like to hide it - cover it with an image for example so instead of 'click here www.example.co.uk' it just shows an image (not sure exactly what of but probably a JPEG).
Is this possible?

You can create a link on an image if you want to.
Select the image.
Right click
Hyperlink.
Or alternatively click insert > hyperlink on the menu bar
