If I am sharing a presentation with others and have linked documents from excel rather than embedded, how can these be combined with the presentation to be shared easily whilst still being hidden for printout of the presentation?

Can you please clarify what you mean by 'combined with the presentation to be shared easily'? Also just to check - you are talking about when the presentation is run in slideshow view?

Powerpoint tip:

Change The Powerpoint view to 16:9 ratio

In PowerPoint you can adjust the 'Page Setup' commands to change the height and/or width of the page - changing the aspect ratio.

You can make it so that the effect on screen will look similaar to the letterbox films that you see on TV - with black space above and below the picture.

Choose 'File' menu, select 'Page Setup'.

Make the Width 64 cm and the Height 36 cm.

Click OK
