RE: Importing excel sheets

Hi Sarah

Thanks for your question.

You can do this by importing your excel sheet as an embedded object into PowerPoint.

It is important to ensure that the sheet you wish to import from Excel is the first/top sheet you see when you open the Excel file, as this is the sheet that will be imported.

In PowerPoint, go to Import - Object, select From File, browse to and select the Excel file you are importing from. Then click OK.

To edit the spreadsheet in PowerPoint double-click on it.

Removing formatting quickly in PowerPoint

Want to remove formatting from text in PowerPoint? Select the text and use Ctrl + spacebar to remove formatting.

The selected text is formatted to the font used on the slide master in PowerPoint.
