Hi Himani

Thank you for your question.

I'm not familiar with Reuters 3000, but if this is a web based service, you should be able to use Data - Import External Data - New Web Query then navigate to the web page and select the table showing the rates. Then click OK. At the bottom of the dialogue box showing on your screen, you should see a Properties button where you can adjust the Refresh control and say if you want the data to be replaced when it is refreshed etc. Then click OK, select where the data is to start from in your spreadsheet and click OK.

Editing Formulas in Excel Cells

Although people like to edit a formula in the Formula bar, you can also edit a formula in the cell.

To do this select the cell and press "F2". This puts Excel into Edit mode, and you can move around in the cell and make any necessary changes.

Double-clicking the cell also puts Excel in Edit mode.
