Dreamweaver 8, CSS/Behaviors question

I sent a question in a few days ago but as yet have had no reply. Please can you tell me the procedure to create a block, in a menu, to change colour when the mouse hovers over it. I have a small table of 1 column and 10 rows, each row having a title on it which is a link. I want the background of the row(the block) to change it's colour when the mouse hovers over it. Hope you get this message and can help.
Regards, Kean

Dreamweaver tip:

Testing a site

When developing a site, you have to cater to the widest possible audience allowing for users with different browsers and display settings.
Test pages to see how they look with:

- different display resolutions
- browser with graphics turned off
- many different browsers not just IE
- if possible different operating systems.
