Creating Form Fields in Word

I need to create a form and need to have a field that once populated it is copied to other predefined fields on the form. How can I do this?

Hi Vanessa

Thanks for your question. Basically there are two ways of approaching this - one way using the bookmark that is assigned to a form field; the second way is to use a macro that will copy the information in the form field to another place which involves a bit of VBA code.

Word tip:

Table Headers on Subsequent Pages

To make sure that your tables if they carry on to subsequent pages have a Table header on each page.
Select the rows at the top of the table which you would like to repeat on subsequent pages, select Table, Heading Rows Repeat. Note this does not work if you insert a hard page break (CTRL+Enter)
