Hi Cliff

If you go to the Project menu and choose Project Information you can change your project's start date. Project will recalculate your tasks accordingly.

Hope this helps - do let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,

Andrew

Andrew thanks for the mail but this does not seem to work, it just refers you to tasks that now fall outside the new Programme period.
It may do this because there are not links to each task but to link every task seems a really slow solution as you do not normally link everything within the programme.
try a short programme of yours and mod the change the start date under Project info and see how you find it, incase Im repeating an error.
Thanks Cliff

Hi Cliff

Changing the project start date will work if your tasks are linked. If your tasks have constraints (or days) attached to them then you will have to move them individually

Happy to take a look at your project. If you'd like to send a copy to info and mark it for the attention of Andrew.

Kind regards,

Andrew
