Could you please tell me if Microsoft Access is a reliable database solution. Also if I attended one of your Microsoft.Access.Training.Courses would I learn about backing up my access.database solution.

Yes Microsoft Access is a readable database, however to ensure true reliability, you should always backup your Microsoft Access Database.
