Multiple User Conflicts
When using the database (standard client handling database, around 500 records) we often get an error message stating someone else has accessed the record and changed it while in use. This isn't true a lot of the time, but if you attempt to overwrite these (imaginary) changes the database record corrupts in to a load of Chinese looking symbols and then cannot be deleted.
Any ideas?

Would suggest that your database is corrupt at some level. One thought would be to find a backup of your database at a stage when the corruption was not happening.
How long has this error been occuring? Were any changes made to the database on a structural level. I would also do a thorough check of the hardware it is hosted on.
Serveral causes of this could be:
Hardware error, access code error, virus.
If you could paste the specific error as a reply here in inverted commas, perhaps we could find out more specific information.
