What is the way to quickly roll up tasks all together in a project so that you can just see the main tasks and not the subtasks?

Indent the tasks below the task you want to roll-up, this will create a summary task.

Ms project tip:

Show or hide toolbar ScreenTips

On the Tools menu, go to Customize, and then select Toolbars.
