Hi Maureen

Create a new query using the following steps:

1. Click on Query tab on the left of the database window
2. Create new query using design view
3. Select the table you want the data from, click SHOW / ADD
4. Double click the fields you want to see showing in your query result.
5. View your query by using the view icon at the top left of the screen
6. Go back to the design view, using the same button
7. Add any criteria you want to filter by.

Does that help?

Regards

Richard
