Debbie has attended:

European Currency Formats

We have been asked to submit a budget on an excel spreadsheet but the number format must use a comma in the decimal position and a decimal to indicate thousands. I thought I would be able to set this up using custom number formats but all I get is 3 decimal places in the UK format.

Does anyone have any suggestions

RE: European Currency Formats

Hi Debbie

If this still helps, the following should resolve your issue.

In Excel, goto Options, in the dialog box select the International tab.

You will now be able to specify the seperators the way you please.

Sorry for the delay!

Regards

Jacob
