Thanks for the question.
Auto Reply is the automatically generated reply which you can set, if, for example, you are out of the office. A message will arrive in your inbox and will still sit in your Inbox, but a reply will automatically be sent out to the sender with a message which you can set saying (for example) "Shelia is out of the office and will be back on Thursday".
