Hi Ann
Firstly you will need to aquire some web hosting, a couple of companies that may be able to help with this are easyspace and rackspace.
The way I publish to the web, is to use a FTP program such as IPSwitch and then just enter in the ftp details that you web host provides, then you can just upload your pages from the directory that you specify.
It is fairly simple once you have the software and webhosting.
