How can i create a customized button, so that when it is clicked it will reverse the sign of a cell.

When you say "reverse the sign of a cell", do you mean to make it a negative number from a positive, and visa versa?
If not, please could you clarify?
If so, can you do it manually?
If so, then you can probably record it in a macro and assign it to a button. The key is to be able to do it manually.
