Hi Jane, try this:

In Outlook switch to notes view and double click the notes you would like to keep on your screen. Then minimise the main Outlook program. You will find the nots remain in their original positions. You may wish to move them around the screen to more convenient locations. They will stay visible as long as Outlook is running.

Hope this helps

Kind regards,

Andrew

Thanks Andrew,

I was on holiday so apologies for the late response.

I opened 3 notes and positioned them on the screen then minimised outlook. They stayed there until i changed to another screen then they minimised again. I want them to remain the 'uppermost screen' no matter which window i open or look at underneath them.
