Hi Monika,

Thanks for the question.

You can create a sum function by navigating to the cell where you want to put the total, then typing =sum( and then you need to highlight the cells you wish to add up.

Alternatively you could use the Autosum button on the toolbar.

Here's how to present your data in a chart format:

Highlight the data you wish to use in a chart

Click the Insert Ribbon

In the Charts Group, select Column Chart

Your chart will then appear on your work sheet.
