Is there a way of changing your graph to a 2x bar, 1xline graph without going through the chart types? i.e. is there a way of selecting your third series of data when you cannot see it on the graph?

Thanks for the question,

To change the initial setting of your default chart you create a normal standard chart, and from there change the standard chart to how you would like it to appear each time. In this case a 2xbar and 1xline.

Still in the "new" chart, go to the chart menu and down to Chart types, make sure you are in the tab that says Custom Types, and click the radion button at the bottom that says "user define", then click the button that says "Add". Give your chart a name and a description (optional), click OK, then click the button "Set as default chart" and it should work.

The second part of your question, I would use the Chart toolbar, specifically the selection (drop down) box to find the series you are looking for if you can not see it on the Chart.
