How do you import a footer on excell page

i have 14 tab set of document. i would like to import a footer (as object) so it appears on every page and at the same time does not change the formating. The problem i am experiencing is that when i print the 14 pages the size and the positioning of the footer is different for each page. This is not hte case if i use Word.

RE: how do you import a footer on excell page

You may find that Excel varies the position of your elements in the footer to reflect the content of your sheet. To create a more consistent result try inserting a scanned graphic that contains the text that you wish to appear in the footer rather than entering the text directly into the footer dialog box.

I hope this helps - let us know if you have furthe questions.

Kind regards,

Andrew

Excel tip:

Display pictures on Chart Data Point

Replacing a single chart data point bar with a picture.
Step 1: Left click on a bar. Then, wait, and do a second single click on the bar. This will select just one data point.

Step 2: Right click on the bar and select Format Data Point.

Step 3: On the fill effects tab, choose a picture. Browse for a picture for that bar. Indicate if you want it to be stretched or stacked. Repeat for each bar.
