Excel - 1v & 2v data table

Jing has attended:
Excel Advanced course

by - delegate Jing [2 posts] (2007 Aug 18 Sat, 22:34) replyReply

I had attended the Advanced Training course on 17th Aug 2007 at Southwalk centre, but forgot already how to use 1v data table and 2v data table.

Peter, please forgive me for my short memory - I have reviewed all the lecture examples and gone through all practices, everything is fine except 1v & 2v data table. Help!!!

Jing,

The steps are:

2. Highlight Cells D6 to E21
3. Click DATA > TABLE
4. in the COLUMN INPUT CELL, click on cell B6.
5. Click OK

Data values will be projected.

Regards

Tracy

Excel tip:

View a unique list

You have a column with hundreds of entries, and you need to see what unique items are entered in it. Select any cell in that column, hold down Alt and press the down arrow: Excel produces an alphabetically-sorted list of unique entries in that column.
