Animated buttons

how to create an animated button?

RE: animated buttons

Hi Lara

It depends on your definition of animated. You can have rollovers which change the colour of the text of the background colour when you move over a button/link (this is done within CSS) or you can use flash buttons, you can create these using flash and then import them or you can use fireworks which is built into dreamweaver.

Hope this helps
David

Dreamweaver tip:

JumpMenu in new window

When inserting a jumpmenu to a page, the only option available for 'open in' is usually 'main window'. There would be other options available if the page was a frameset.

To change the jumpmenu to open in a new window, change the target parameter of the selectbox in your code to 'window.open()'.

eg.

<select name="menu1" onChange="MM_jumpMenu('window.open()',this,0)">
