Hi Richard

This is quite a complex query you are trying to run. I know it is possible to create using VB or VBA, however I am unsure as to whether it is possible to do by just using SQL. If I find a way to do it with SQL I will let you know. You may find it useful to take our Access VBA course in London, as this will give you a good understanding of VBA.

Hope this helps
David
