Hi Sarah. The quickest way to set up a macro in Powerpoint 2007 is to select Tools - Macro - Record New Macro. Give your macro and name, click OK and you're away! Perform the actions you want recorded and then click the floating "Stop" graphic to halt the macro.

Hope this helps,

Anthony
