Hi Jonathan

A subform is a form within a form.
There is a link between the two forms on a common field. This allows the records to be relevant.
Think of it ask a Parent / Child relationship - the primary form is the parent and the subform is the child.
Primary form (Parent) controls the Subform (Child), and subforms can have muliple related records to the primary form.
